Tin Hearts Announced As Nintendo Switch Timed Exclusive

Tin Hearts Switch Exclusive

Developer Rogue Sun and publisher Wired Productions have announced Tin Hearts as a Nintendo Switch timed exclusive.

The upcoming narrative puzzle game was set to release later this month on April 20th for all platforms, but will now be released solely on the Switch while the PlayStation, PC, and Xbox versions have been delayed by a month to May 16th.

Kostas Zarifis, the Managing Director at Rogue Sun, said of the announcement: “After winning ‘Most Anticipated Nintendo Switch Game’ at Gamescom last year, we wanted to celebrate all the love we’ve been receiving from the Nintendo community and this timed exclusive launch felt like a great way to do just that.”

Leo Zullo, the Managing Director at Wired Productions, added: “Launching games is getting tougher, sometimes it is worth mixing things up. With the love shown by Nintendo and Nintendo fans, it made sense to give those players a chance to experience the wholesome Tin Hearts… especially before Zelda comes and takes over.”

The game follows the emotional and thought-provoking story of Albert J. Butterworth, an inventor from an alternate-timeline Victorian universe. Gameplay sees you guide a group of mischievous soldiers to their destination while using an assortment of gadgets and abilities.

Tin Hearts will release on April 20th for the Nintendo Switch, followed by a May 16th launch for PC and all PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The game is expected to release on PCVR, Meta Quest 2, and PS VR2 later this year too.
