Sony Announces Six Free PlayStation Plus Games For November 2021
Sony has announced the six free games available for PlayStation Plus subscribers this November, including one PS4 game, two cross-gen titles, and three PS VR games.
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning – PS4
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is one of the titles available with PS Plus next month. The title is a remaster of the original 2012 action RPG game developed by 38 Studios and Big Huge Games, which comes with improved visuals and refined gameplay.
The game sees players build a fully-customisable character and explore the kingdom of Amalur, a world torn apart by a war that is filled with dozens of locations to explore, including the vibrant city of Rathir and the dungeons of the Brigand Hall Caverns.
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning features customisable classes and combat, allowing you to build your dream protagonist and continuously develop your playstyle. The game is available on PS4 but is backwards compatible with PS5 consoles.
Knockout City – PS4 and PS5
Knockout City is a competitive multiplayer game inspired by dodgeball. In the game, players attack opposing team members by knocking them out with one of several balls, each of which has various effects.
The game comes with six different modes and includes five maps set in the futuristic Knockout City, each comes with various environmental hazards that can knock players out. Versions for both PlayStation consoles can be downloaded.
First Class Trouble – PS4 and PS5
First Class Trouble is an online social deduction game where six people play together. Four are randomly selected to play as Residents aboard a luxury space cruiser trying to shut down a rogue AI.
The other two players will play as Personoids who must lie and deceive other players to stop them from shutting down the rogue AI. The game supports character customisation, and PS4 and PS5 versions can be downloaded.
The Persistence – PS VR
The Persistence is a sci-fi horror PlayStation VR game that follows a clone of security officer Zimri Eder who is forced to survive aboard deep space colony starship The Persistence that has become overrun with a mutated and horrific crew.
Players must gather resources, upgrade abilities, and fabricate weapons to take on the crew and rapid the ship’s systems to return to Earth. The game can be played with and without PS VR.
The Walking Dead: Saints And Sinners Standard Edition – PS VR
The Walking Dead: Saints And Sinners is a PlayStation VR game set in The Walking Dead universe. The first-person survival shooter game requires players to travel through the ruins of New Orleans to uncover a city-wide mystery.
The game includes various factions and lone survivors, each of which can be friend or foe, and it includes a linear crafting system as well as four types of terrifying enemy Walkers that each have different attacks and weaknesses.
Until You Fall – PS VR
The final game available for November 2021 is Until You Fall, a fantasy synthwave PlayStation VR game. In the title, players must battle through a neon environment and attack enemies via hack-and-slash movements. Players can attack, block, cast spells, and dodge in time to the soundtrack.
Knockout City, Kings Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, and First Class Trouble will be available from November 2nd to December 6th. VR games The Walking Dead: Saints And Sinners Standard Edition, Until You Fall, and The Persistence will be available from November 2nd to January 3rd.
In the meantime, you have until November 1st to download October’s PS Plus games, which include Hell Let Loose, PGA Tour 2K21, and Mortal Kombat X.
