Sony Announces PlayStation Plus Essential Games For December 2022

PlayStation Plus December 2022

Sony has announced the three new games available in December as part of PlayStation Plus Essential.

The three games – Biomutant, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, and Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition – will be available from Tuesday, December 6th, to Monday, January 2nd, and you can read all about them below:

Mass Effect Legendary Edition

The highly acclaimed Mass Effect trilogy sees you take control of Command Shepard across three games where you’ll have to save the galaxy from impending doom and every decision you make has profound consequences. The trilogy features bolstered visuals, improved performance, and all three Mass Effect games and their DLC content.

Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition

Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition is a third-person platform fighter in which you play as one of 10 playable gods like Thor, King Arthur, or Hercules, and battle against other players or computer AI. The game comes with evolving battlegrounds with differing mechanics that you’ll need to master to win, and it features a slew of game modes to suit all players, including the core 3v3 Arcade mode, and 1v1 and 2×2 duels.

Biomutant

Biomutant is an action RPG set in an open world with mutated animals. The game follows a customisable warrior who is tasked with uncovering the truth behind a plague ruining the world and the destruction of the Tree-of-Life. You’ll need to utilise the game’s martial arts style combat, re-code your genetic structure to change the way you look and play, and unlock various weapons and tools to succeed and either save the world or lead it to a “darker destiny”.

The above games will be available from December 6th, and you’ll have until then to claim November’s PlayStation Plus games, which include LEGO Harry Potter Collection, Heavenly Bodies, and Nioh 2/Nioh 2 Remastered.
