Detective sim Shadows Of Doubt has an official release date of September 26th for PS5 and Xbox Series consoles, along with the same date for its 1.0 PC update.

The upcoming game was announced for consoles back in April after it launched in Steam Early Access in April 2023, but it’ll be leaving it next month with its new 1.0 update, which will be included in the console releases.

The console releases are digital, but a physical edition of the game will be available shortly after launch.

Shadows Of Doubt places you in the role of a private investigator who is tasked with exploring fully simulated cities filled with citizens that have unique names, jobs, homes, and routines.

You’ll have to complete assignments by investigating suspects, uncovering evidence, scanning fingerprints, reading emails and messages, bribing citizens, checking CCTV, breaking into homes, and using gadgets to help you – with so many tools and options at your disposal, there are multiple ways to solve cases.

Developer ColePowered Games hasn’t unveiled what the upcoming 1.0 update will include, but we can expect more information in the coming weeks ahead of the game’s release.

Check out the new trailer below, and grab the game on Steam Early Access if you want to play now.
