Sandbox Multiplayer Game Sea Of Craft Gets Summer 2021 Release Date
Wizard Games’ brand new multiplayer sandbox game Sea Of Craft has been given an official release date of summer 2021.
The physics-based adventure game sees players from around the world band together to craft unique ships using hundreds of building materials and sail across the Bella South Sea to uncover treasure and battle mysterious creatures and fellow players.
Sea Of Craft, which will be published by Green Man Gaming Publishing, features three unique gameplay modes. The game’s Single-Player challenge mode requires players to progress through various challenges which Wizard Games says will “test your creativity and engineering skills”.
The sandbox Creative Mode, meanwhile, offers a more tranquil experience with unlimited resources, perfect for players looking to flex their skills.
Finally, the Open Sea Mode sees players team up to build ships, fight monsters, explore the Beela South Sea to unlock points of interest, and take on other players in PVP battles. This mode features limited resources, as well as the ability to trade ships with other users.
Sea Of Craft also features four challenging minigames, including Fast And Furious, Fishing Challenge, Ghost Ships, and Spy Ducks, with more set to come.
Wizard Games will be hosting two livestream and Q&A sessions on June 17th and 22nd as part of Steam Next Fest where more details and gameplay will likely be revealed. A global beta test is planned, but no dates have been confirmed.
Sea Of Craft will release late summer 2021 for PC via Steam. The game’s Steam page is up, and it can be added to your wishlist. Check it out here.
