Lovecraftian Fishing Game Dredge Launches In March For PC And Consoles
Team17 and developer Black Salt Games have announced a release date for Lovecraftian fishing game, Dredge.
In the game, you take control of a down-on-their-luck fisherman who embarks on an adventure to explore a collection of remote islands, all of which are home to mysterious inhabitants, unique wildlife, and various stories to uncover.
Along the way, you’ll need to search the deep waters surrounding the islands to catch fish and obtain treasures that can be sold to locals to learn more about each area. You’ll also need to complete quests to unlock abilities, and must research equipment to upgrade your skills and boat.
However, things aren’t as simple as they seem, as the sea’s deep waters are home to Lovecraftian monsters, secrets, and danger that you’ll need to survive.
Dredge will launch for PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox and PlayStation consoles on March 30th.
