Lies Of P Gets New Gameplay Trailer Ahead Of Gamescom 2023

South Korean game developer NEOWIZ has released a brand-new trailer for Lies Of P ahead of Gamescom 2023.

The brief trailer offers a look at some of the environments you can explore, enemies you must face, and the gargantuan bosses you’ll have to overcome.

The footage is paired with a voiceover, which questions how many lies P will tell throughout the course of the game’s story.

Lies Of P is inspired by the story of Pinocchio. Set in the city of Krat, which has become infested with deadly puppets and strange creatures, P embarks on a mission to find Geppetto to become human but must fight his way through the dangerous city first.

Heavily inspired by the Souls genre, the game features challenging combat and character customisation, as well as a story with narrative choices where “the more lies told, the more human P becomes”.

Lies Of P launches on September 19th, 2023, for PC via Steam and all PlayStation and Xbox consoles. A demo of the game is available for all platforms, so you can try it out now!
