Developer Pollard Studio have announced a release date for their upcoming first-person horror game, Karma: The Dark World.

Inspired by the works of David Lynch and Hideo Kojima, Karma follows Daniel McGovern, a Roam Agent tasked with diving into the memories of suspects, who begins a routine investigation that quickly unravels into a dark conspiracy and forces him to confront disturbing truths and question his reality.

The game will release on March 27th for PC and PlayStation 5 for £19.99/€24.99/$24.99, with a 10% launch discount on PC and PlayStation, and an additional 15% discount on Steam for players who own any previous Wired Productions title.

To celebrate the news, Pollard Studio and Wired Productions have released a new trailer for the game, featuring the new Into the Mist track written and performed by Geng Li as well as glimpses into the game’s environments and shocking twists.

In addition to announcing the game’s launch date, Pollard Studio has also confirmed that Karma supports PlayStation 5 Pro features, including full-featured PSSR Integration for enhanced image quality, definition and texture clarity, and improved reflections and distance rendering.

I previewed Karma: The Dark World earlier this year and I loved my time with the game and its unsettling, weird-fiction setting.

Karma: The Dark World launches on March 27th for PC and PlayStation, and it will launch on Xbox at a later date.
