How Many Case Files Are In Gotham Knights?

Gotham Knights Case Files

Warner Bros. Games Montréal’s Gotham Knights sees Bat-family members Red Hood, Batgirl, Robin, and Nightwing rise up to protect Gotham after Batman’s death, and uncover the mystery surrounding The Dark Knight’s demise. The story is told through several missions referred to as Case Files, and you discover how many Case Files are in Gotham Knights right here.

Gotham Knights Case Files List

There are a total of eight main Case File missions in Gotham Knights, each of which are split into several chapters with multiple objectives.

The full list of Case Files and their names (They will be spoilers, so proceed at your own risk!) include:

  • Case File 01: Batman’s Last Case
  • Case File 02: The Rabbit Hole
  • Case File 03: In The Shadows
  • Case File 04: The Masquerade
  • Case File 05: The Court Of Owls
  • Case File 06: Jacob Kane
  • Case File 07: The League Of Shadows
  • Case File 08: Head Of The Demon

Completing each Case File unlocks a trophy/achievement, none of which are missable or can be skipped.

Between completing these Case Files, you’ll need to complete various small and premeditated crimes and interrogate enemies from the several factions running amok around Gotham for clues to progress the game’s story and unlock subsequent Case Files or side content.

Villain Case Files

In addition to the main eight story missions, Gotham Knights also has three villain cases that are unlocked as you progress through the game.

The three cases and the villains involved include:

  • Case File HQ01: Harley Quinn
  • Case File FR01: Mr Freeze
  • Case File CF01: Clay Face

Like the main Case Files, the villain Case Files are split into several chapters.

What’s more, each of the three villain Case Files have three trophies/achievements associated with them, and completing all of them unlocks the ‘End Of An Era’ trophy/achievement, which means they’re mandatory if you’re looking to 100% the game.

How Long Is Gotham Knights?

Most people have managed to complete Gotham Knights’ main story campaign within around 20 hours.

However, if you’re looking to unlock all trophies/achievements and want to 100% the game – this includes finding all collectables, starting New Game+, and completing all side content -, you can expect the game to last up to 30 hours.

We hope our guide has helped you work out how far along you are into Gotham Knights. If so, take a look at our other guide on how to get Health Packs in the game.

Gotham Knight‘s story campaign isn’t very long, particularly when compared to other open-world games, but it sure is packed with lots of side content for you to complete, so go protect Gotham!
