GTA: Trilogy Gets Physical Release For Nintendo Switch Next Month
A physical version of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is launching on the Switch, Nintendo has announced.
The tech giant announced the news on their Twitter account, confirming that the game, which launched digitally for the Nintendo Switch back in November 2021, will release physically on February 11th.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition compiles Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and includes numerous visual and gameplay enhancements.
When the compilation was released last year, the improvements were initially praised but Rockstar Games received criticism for the game’s technical issues, glitches, and lacklustre performance. The criticism eventually led Rockstar Games to apologise for the release of the game and announce several updates to address the issues.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition will release on February 11th for the Nintendo Switch, but can be grabbed from the eShop if you’re feeling brave.
