Free-To-Play Multiplayer Game ARC Raiders Has Been Delayed To 2023
Embark Studios has delayed its upcoming free-to-play multiplayer game ARC Raiders to 2023.
The Stockholm-based studio announced the delay on its official Twitter account, revealing it was delaying the game from this year to next in order to expand the title.
Embark Studio’s statement reads: “We’ve made the decision to delay ARC Raiders to 2023.
“ARC Raiders is an ambitious game, and we will be using this extra time to expand the experience, and allow it to reach its fullest potential. We will be diving into more details as soon as we start to test the game more extensively with players.”
It continues: “The excitement around ARC Raiders since its reveal has been so encouraging for us, and we truly appreciate your support.”
The third-person shooter sees you and your squad of Raiders work together to face an onslaught of ARC, ruthless machines originating from space, and protect the planet against the invasion with a variety of guns and other tools and gadgets.
When it releases, ARC Raiders will be available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, and it’ll be available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. In the meantime, watch the gameplay trailer below:
