First Images Of Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time Remake Leak
The first images of the unofficial Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time remake have leaked.
As first reported by Eurogamer, the images leaked via the Russian Uplay, Ubisoft’s own game service, confirming that the highly rumoured new Prince Of Persia game is a remake of 2003’s The Sands Of Time game.
The images were spotted by ResetEra user AndrewDTF and look like they come from in-game cutscenes. Unfortunately, many users have already begun criticising the leaked images for its watered-down graphics, with many already creating memes.
Earlier this week, Ubisoft showed an image hinting at The Sands Of Time on Instagram which included the game’s logo. What’s more, Amazon UK this week uploaded a listing of a Prince Of Persia remake for PS4 and Xbox One at £34.99 but quickly pulled it when spotted by fans.
Although all of this essentially confirms the game to be a The Sands Of Time remake, Ubisoft still hasn’t announced the title. The French publisher is set to hold its Ubisoft Forward showcase tonight at 8 PM in which Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time is expected to be announced, so check back later for more details.
