Two Point Campus Delayed

Two Point Studios has delayed its upcoming business simulation game Two Point Campus.

The delay was announced in a post on the official Two Point forums, in which the studio revealed that the game has been delayed from its original May 17th, 2022, release to August 9th 2022. The statement reads:

“As you know, one of our biggest goals with Two Point Campus is to launch on PC and console platforms from day one, and we want to make sure that every single one of you gets the best quality game no matter what you’re playing on.

“So, in order for everyone to have the incredible experience we all want you to have, we need a little more time to continue our optimisation efforts for all platforms. Now, don’t get us wrong… we’re nearly there! So the extra three months we have is going to really help us get Two Point Campus to the quality you’ve all come to expect from us as a studio.”

To ease fans, the studio released a brand-new Developer Vision video, located below, sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the game along with new gameplay footage and details on some of the new features appearing in the new title.

As we reported back in January, Two Point Campus, like its predecessor Two Point Hospital, sees you build and manage a university campus by placing classrooms and other facilities, hiring teachers and other staff members, maintaining the campus, and meeting students needs.

The game features the same gameplay as Two Point Hospital, but comes with new features, including creative tools for more customisation, students with procedurally generated personalities and needs, and plenty more.

Two Point Campus will release on August 9th, 2022, for PC via Steam and PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch consoles.
