Sony Announces PlayStation Plus Essential Games For February 2023
Sony has announced the four new games that PlayStation Plus members can claim this month.
Anyone subscribed to PlayStation Plus from the Essential tier and above can claim four games from February 7th, 2023, including Evil Dead The Game, OlliOlliWorld, Destiny 2: Beyond Light, and Mafia: Definitive Edition. Learn more about the games below:
Evil Dead The Game
Evil Dead: The Game is a multiplayer survival horror game based on the Evil Dead film and television series. The game sees you play as either a team of human survivors or demons in co-operative or player-versus-player modes in a world inspired by the Evil Dead films and Ash Vs Evil Dead television show. Use a variety of weapons when playing as popular characters like Ash, including his chainsaw, or take control of one of three demons to lead the Deadites to victory.
OlliOlliWorld
OlliOlliWorld is a 2D platforming skateboarding game that takes place in the fictional pixel-art world of Radlandia. Skate, grind, and perform a variety of tricks to explore the game’s world, all while making friends and completing numerous missions and challenges.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light
Destiny 2: Beyond Light is a major expansion available for first-person shooter Destiny 2, which can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store at no extra cost. The expansion sees you travel to Jupiter’s icy moon Europa to confront the Fallen Kell Eramis.
Mafia: Definitive Edition
Mafia: Definitive Edition is a remake of 2002’s Mafia, which includes improves visuals and an expanded story. Set in the fictional city of Lost Heaven, Illinois, the open-world action-adventure game takes place during the 1930s and tells the story of the rise and fall of cab-driver-turned-gangster, Tommy Angelo.
The above games will all be available from Tuesday, February 7th, 2023, and you’ll have until then to claim January 2023’s games, which include Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fallout 76, and Axiom Verge 2.
