2D Roguelike Falling Out To Launch This Year For Consoles And PC

Developer PolyCrunch Games has announced that its upcoming lighthearted 2D roguelike Falling Out is launching this year for consoles and PC, with a demo available now.

The upcoming indie game is inspired by the colourful 16-bit era of gaming and follows adventurers Giorgio and Felicie as they explore ancient kingdoms and must navigate through procedurally generated temples to discover treasure and face ghastly creatures and numerous traps.

The temples are prone to flooding, adding an extra layer of difficulty to the game as you can’t stay around for too long and must find the exit before it’s too late.

The game can be played in single-player or multiplayer co-op, allowing you to utilise the attributes and abilities of each character by swapping between them seamlessly and traversing each world.

Falling Out will release later this year for PC and consoles, and a demo can be downloaded from Steam right now. You can check out the trailer below:
